WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?
- Free shipping on all orders.
- Due to the current covid restrictions, products are processed and shipped within a week of your order.
- Delivery of the product is done within 7 to 10 business days after processing.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE
We accept the following payment methods through PayU:
- UPI( GPay, PhonePe, Freecharge, etc), RuPay, Credit Card/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, etc).
- We feature a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases.
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Exchanges of sizes aren't allowed under our return/replacement policy. Such a stringent policy is in place because garments are printed after customers place orders. All garments match the size guide on our website. If that is not the case, we would love to assist you further.
FULL REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES WILL ONLY BE APPLICABLE IF THE ITEM RECEIVED IS DEFECTED OR MISPRINTED.
In case of cancellation for standard shipping orders, only a partial refund will be initiated if the order has already been processed and passed Quality Check.
In case of misprints and defects, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with a picture of the defected product. Kindly provide the required details at email@example.com
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
