Got the product but zero response from BSB team

My order delivery was delayed by a couple of days and it was attempted on a day when I wasn't available to collect the order, but the order was marked as delivered. I tried to contact brainsick biscuit through email for help and support but there has been no response at all. Since that time I have contacted the delivery agents and got the issue sorted. The 1 star is for the pathetic customer service at brainsick biscuit.
